I’m Carolina born and raised, professionally trained with over a decade of experience in the private culinary field, and passionate about bringing the freshest local ingredients and boldest flavors to the people of the Carolina coasts. When you call us, you get me on the phone. We’re a true small, local business. I do my best to use locally owned vendors and fishermen to source ingredients, because I believe in locals supporting locals. I have grown up with, or served many of you, and it’s my privilege to continue to serve my community.
