Established in 1988 by Salters and Elizabeth McClary, the restaurant is housed in a building that once operated as Marlow’s Supermarket—a community hub dating back to the 1930s. Frank's offers a unique blend of upscale yet relaxed dining across multiple venues: the elegant main dining room, the alfresco Courtyard, the cozy Outback, and the rustic Way Back Garden.
