Michael has over 15 years experience in professional Massage Therapy and Bodywork including Maternity Massage and Lymphatic Massage as well as being trained in Multiple Modalities and Treatments used around the World such as Swedish and Lomi Lomi Massage . Michael has worked in the Finest Day Spas in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas for 15 Years before settling his business in Surfside Beach, SC. Swedish Massage- Massage therapists use long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using massage lotion or oil. 75-100$
Sports Massage- The focus isn’t on relaxation but particularly on preventing and treating injury coupled with enhancing athletic performance. The strokes of course faster than Swedish. Facilitated stretching is a common technique. 75-100$
The Sadist- This is a Deep Tissue massage session I offer to the Bodywork connoisseur who seeks the benefits of extreme Deep Tissue massage with lasting benefits. Incorporating arms, elbows, and percussion tools. 85-125$
Aloe Massage- I use a combination of aloe vera in addition to soothing body butter for a relaxing and healing treatment for sun-damaged skin. 85-110$
Lomi Lomi Massage- Lomi Lomi Massage combines the use of prayer (pule), breath (ha), and energy (mana) with a variety of massage strokes to release “blocked” areas of tension in the body. 75-100$
Prenatal Massage- Studies indicate that this therapeutic Massage Therapy reduces anxiety, decreases symptoms of depression, and significantly relieves muscle aches and joint pains. 75-100$
Trigger Point Therapy- Trigger Point Therapy aims to eliminate pain and re-educate the muscles into pain-free habits. The range of motion is increased. Tension is relieved, and circulation, flexibility, as well as coordination are improved. 75-100$
